Who should REGISTER?

 

All new food service directors or child nutrition directors, especially from small and medium-sized school districts who oversee the lunch and breakfast programs.

 

Description of Training:

 

This week-long training is designed to provide new food service directors, with a comprehensive overview of the Child Nutrition School Breakfast Program and National School Lunch Program operations. Classes include: program regulations, meal pattern requirements, required documentation, financial management, purchasing, human resources, accommodating special dietary needs, and much more! Class participants will be engaged in hands-on activities as well as interactive lecture.
