Food Service Management Company Information

 

All Food Service Management Companies (FSMC) must register with the Colorado Department of Education Office of School Nutrition in order to manage any part of the food service in school districts and charter schools that participate in the Child Nutrition programs.  The necessary forms are provided in the links below.  Contact Jan Bodnar at 303-866-6306 or Bodnar_j@cde.state.co.us with any questions.
