Fund Raising and Support
Fund raising is a creative effort. It takes lots of research and determination. One excellent starting place with a multitude of resources is the Denver Public Library's fund-raising resources in its Foundation Center. Be aware that you'll need to screen foundations and businesses carefully. Look for terms like "diversity," "inclusivity," "inclusive," and "special populations," not just "libraries" or "education."
Another option is to try additional resources from ALA and ALA LAMA.
