One Book 4 Colorado
One Book 4 Colorado will occur again from May 6 - 20, 2013! Through this project, we will strive to give away copies of the same book to every 4 year old in Colorado through public libraries, Reach Out and Read Colorado clinics, and Denver preschools.
This page is intended to provide ideas for storytimes initially for the OB4C voting period (January 14-31) to include the three book finalists, and later to focus on ideas for the selected title to be given away in May.

For use with any title:Magnetic Letters Use a metal cookie pan with magnetic letters while reading the story. The great part about is that not only is it a different way of doing a story that the kids love, it’s one of those things that folks can then do at home (inexpensively) and with lots of other books that will be fun (and promote that early literacy!) --Evergreen Library, Jefferson County Public Library
