What does the Fiscal Officer & LSTA Administrator do?

Jean Heilig is the Fiscal Officer & LSTA Coordinator at the Colorado State Library in the Colorado Department of Education:

• Coordinates the LSTA grant award process which annually distributes funding to Colorado Libraries.
• Provides grant writing education and support to librarians.
• Manages the State Library’s budget consisting of both State and Federal funding from the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS).
• Responsible for reporting and compliance monitoring of the State Library’s LSTA grant.
