Colorado Legacy Foundation
Inspired by the Colorado Department of Education's "Forward Thinking" plan, the Colorado Legacy Foundation is a new, privately funded, nonpartisan 501(c)(3) that seeks to build ongoing statewide leadership capacity and support for aligning Colorado's P-20 education delivery system to meet the global demands of today's rapidly expanding, knowledge-centered economy.
Mission
The foundation's mission is to accelerate improvements within the P-12 education delivery system through strategic, statewide public-private partnerships that prepares an increasing number of college-ready students for an economically and socially vibrant Colorado.
