Performance Watch Reduced Academic Calendar Form

Overview

Districts Accredited with Priority Improvement Plan or Accredited with Turnaround Plan that are submitting a district-wide application for all schools within the district to be on a reduced academic calendar need to submit the following additional information to the CDE through this form. Districts will receive an email copy of their submission at the email address provided in the form.

CDE will review the additional materials for the use and prioritization of instructional time.
