1 representative from a nonprofit organization that partners with funding providers, state agencies, and service providers to assist organizations in providing services to improve the health and well-being of families and children

2 representatives from a state-based nonprofit organization that specialize in promoting the involvement of parents of traditionally underserved populations

1 representative from a nonprofit organization that specialize in promoting the involvement of parents of students with special needs
