Hutt provided alcoholic beverages to students and former students, allowed students and former students to consume alcoholic beverages, consumed alcoholic beverages in the presence of students, was under the influence of alcohol while supervising students, committed contributing to the delinquency of a minor and pled no contest to and received a deferred judgment and sentence for this felony offense, committed providing alcohol to an underage person and was convicted of this misdemeanor offense, failed to establish and maintain appropriate relationships with students and failed to disclose on his Colorado professional teacher license application that he resigned his position with Weld County School District No. RE-12 to avoid nonrenewal of his school district employment contract.

      Final Action of the State Board: Annulment of the license and permanent revocation of any right to hold a license.
