    1. Motion for Voluntary Stay of Appeal

      The Board of Education of Pueblo School District No. 60's Motion for a Voluntary Stay of Appeal Proceedings before the State Board of Education is hereby denied. Section 22-30.5-107.5(4) requires that the State Board "shall" issue a decision within sixty days of the filing of the Notice of Appeal. No provision of 22-30.5-107.5 authorizes the State Board to stay or otherwise waive the statutorily mandated 60 day timeline in which to issue a decision on the appeal. Consequently, Pueblo School District 60's motion must be denied.
