Approve the content, of the proposed Teacher Induction program, at the Hope Montessori Academy and Andrews Academy in Colorado Springs.

3. North Conejos School District, La Jara: Proposed Teacher/Special Services Providers Induction Program
Approve the content, of the proposed Teacher/Special Services Providers Induction program, at the North Conejos School District in La Jara.

4. North East BOCES: Designated Agency for the Alternative Licensing Program for a One-Year Provisional Period
Approve the Northeast BOCES proposal to become a Designated Agency for the Alternative Program for a one year provisional period.

5. Regis University: Proposed Endorsement Preparation Program in Special Education Generalist
Provisionally approve the content of the proposed endorsement preparation program for Special Education Generalist, as submitted by Regis University.

1. A waiver request from certain statutes by the Boulder Valley School District on behalf of Justice High School
Approve the attached waiver request, in addition to the waivers that are automatically approved, for a period ending June 30, 2011 as follows: 22-1-110; 22-32-109(1)(b)(n)(ll)(B)(t); 109.1(1)(a); 22-32-110(1)(h)(i)(j)(k)(ee); 22-32-113(5); 22-32-126; C.R.S. and deny 301-1 C.C.R.

2. A waiver request from certain statutes by Denver Public Schools on behalf of Ridge View Academy.
Approve the attached waiver request, in addition to the waivers that are automatically approved, for a period ending June 30, 2009 as follows: 22-7-106 (1)(a)(lll)(IV)(2), C.R.S.

1. Request to Notice Hearing Date for Amendments to the Rules for the Administration of the Exceptional Children's Educational Act, 1 CCR 301-8
Notice a hearing to be held at the October 5, 2006 State Board Meeting on the amended Rules for the Administration of the Exceptional Childrens Educational Act.

2. Request to Notice Hearing Date for Amendments to the Rules for the Administration of the Summer School Grant Program for Facility Schools, 1 CCR 301-58
Notice a hearing to be held at the October 5, 2006 State Board Meeting on the amended Rules for the Administration of the Summer School Grant Program for Facility Schools.

3. Gifted Education: Distribution of 2006-2007 State Funding for Gifted and Talented Student Education
Approve payments of funds under the Exceptional Childrens Educational Act to administrative units in the amounts indicated on the attachment.

3. Contract: Colorado Department of Education, CTB/McGraw-Hill, Office of Management Services for the Colorado Student Assessment Program (CSAP)
Approve the contract between the Colorado Department of Education, CTB/McGraw-Hill, Office of Management Services for the Colorado Student Assessment Program (CSAP) in an amount not to exceed $ 18,059,132 for the period of July 1, 2006 through June 30, 2007

4. Contract: Colorado Department of Education, CTB/McGraw-Hill, Office of Management Services for the Colorado English Language Assessment (CELA) program.
Approve the contract between the Colorado Department of Education, CTB/McGraw-Hill, Office of Management Services for the Colorado English Language Assessment (CELA) program in an amount not to exceed $1,954,200 (2nd year).
