a. Changes to Colorado's No Child Left Behind Plan

Adopt the attached summary of the amendments to the NCLB State plan and direct CDE staff to incorporate the proposed amendments into the NCLB Workbook to be submitted to the U.S. Department of Education prior to April 1, 2006.
