B. Completing Classes and Exiting Learners

Grantees must complete classes in LACES when they conclude. Learners must be exited from LACES no less than 3 months after their last date of attendance in a class. Instructions for completing classes and exiting learners from classes in LACES can be found in the LACES Knowledgebase and will be covered in training. 

There are several different ways to exit learners from class enrollments in LACES:

1. Complete Students

Use the "Complete Students" button in the class record

2. Enrollment Status

Edit the "enrollment status" in an individual learner enrollment record

3. Drop Student

Choose the "Drop Student" button in a learner record to exit them from ALL class enrollments at once
