Reports to Congress
The Office of Vocational and Adult Education (OVAE) issues
annual reports to Congress based on States' performance on a
number of legislatively mandated indicators. Each Report to
Congress includes Program Facts for each state. These program
facts are gathered by OVAE through the National Reporting
System for Adult Education (NRS).
(As a condition of federal funding, each State is required to
have a data collection system compliant with NRS standards
and guidelines. Colorado's NRS data collection system is
called CAESAR.)
Colorado Program Facts Issued by OVAE
