Non-fundable Activities
Activities that are not fundable under AEFLA include:
- ESL instruction to learners whose pre-test places them at SPL 7 or higher
- ABE/ASE instruction to learners whose pre-test places them at a grade level equivalent of 12.9 or higher
- Computer literacy instruction that is not integrated with basic literacy skills instruction
- Job training
- Citizenship test preparation that is not integrated with ESL instruction
- Services to foreign students with F-1 visas
