Professional Development Self-Assessment
for Colorado Adult Education Teachers

This assessment helps adult educators identify their professional development needs, and is a tool for planning professional development activities based on those needs. The assessment is completed online (account activation code required; codes are provided by AEFLA program directors to their staff).

It takes approximately 30 minutes to complete the self-assessment. Responses can be viewed only by the individual completing the self-assessment.

Program directors receive a report indicating which of their staff have completed the Professional Development Self-Assessment and an aggregated report indicating the collective professional development needs of the program's teaching staff.

At the end of the self-assessment several reports itemizing the results of the self-assessment, a certificate of completion, and a Professional Development Action Plan are produced.

Visitors to this site may download a copy of the self-assessment screens and samples of individual and program PD reports below.
