SPDG: Significant Support Needs (SSN)

One elementary school at one new district was added to the SSN model project. In addition, 2 preschools and 2 middle schools were added from two previous partner districts. Fidelity of implementation was measured using the CDE created SSN Program Quality Indicators tool with a goal of 80% in all domains. The two sites in their second year have already reached model status through training and coaching support with overall scores of 94% and 80%. The SSN project has partnered with Institutes of Higher Education (IHE). to support teacher candidate placements.
