RITS Student Identifier Passwords

RITS Student is a secure, web-based application that requires a user ID and password to enter. To request a user ID and password, please fill out a password request form. Fax the completed form to the Student-Educator Identifier Management Unit at (303) 866-6888.

There are two levels of access available to RITS users. 

  • Add/Update Access: If the user is a district administrator responsible for adding or updating student records in RITS, use this form: downloads/ritsaddform10.pdf
  • View Only Access (District): If the user needs only to search for SASIDs in RITS but will not need to add or update student records, use this form: downloads/ritsviewform10.pdf
