RITS Student Identifier Read Optimizer

The RITS Read Optimizer is a tool that utilizes Visual Basic programming and Microsoft Access tables to read and organize the RITS Read Data Summary Report*. 

*The RITS Read Data Summary Report is available for download after the successful submission of an ADE RITS Read file via the Automated Data Exchange (ADE) system.

How the Optimizer can help you

• Provides a user-friendly interface that allows you to easily find existing SASID matches for student records submitted in your ADE RITS Read file.
• Produces a file suitable for submitting as an ADE RITS batch file for the assignment of SASIDs and to update information attached to existing SASIDs.
