RITS Educator Identifier Passwords

RITS Educator Identifier System is a secure, web-based application that requires a user ID and password to enter. To request a user ID and password, please fill out a password request form. Fax the completed form to the Student-Educator Identifier Management Unit at (303) 866-6888.

There are two levels of access available to the RITS Educator Identifier System (EDIS) users. 

  • Add/Update Access: If the user is a district administrator responsible for adding or updating employment records in RITS Educator, use this form: downloads\edisaddform10.doc
  • View Only Access (District & Facilities): If the user needs to only search for EDID's in RITS Educator but will not need to add or update employee records, use this form: downloads\edisviewform10.doc
