The Other Indicator

After schools/districts meet the 95 percent participation rate, and either the proficiency, Safe Harbor or Matched Safe Harbor requirements, they also must meet one last requirement, the “other indicator.”

Elementary and Middle Schools: For district and school overall, and each disaggregated group of 30 or more students, 1.21 percent must score advanced in reading and math.

High Schools: For district and school overall, and each disaggregated group with 30 or more students, 63 percent must graduate from high school.
