Timeline for Conducting Annual Evaluations
One of the main elements of change with the implementation of Senate Bill 10-191 is the requirement to evaluate all licensed personnel annually. This quick tip is intended to clarify when specific elements of the bill take effect in order to allow school districts to plan for this change in practice.
