The Vertical Transitions webinar will highlight current research and preliminary results surrounding the eighth to ninth grade transition as well as the high school to postsecondary transition. The focus will be on the expanded definition of the eighth to ninth grade transition period, how schools participating in the Colorado Graduation Pathways program can support this expanded definition, and surprising findings around high school students' transition to postsecondary education.

Who should attend this webinar: school-level personnel, district-level personnel and community representatives that support students in grades seven through postsecondary.
