CDE contracted with West Ed to write an options paper outlining key considerations and opportunities as Colorado creates its next generation of assessments. The options paper diagrams a CSAP revision and transition strategy, integrating school readiness and PWR measurements, assessing special populations and integrating formative and interim assessments in the new system.
